University Towers does not offer guest parking. Guests will need to use street parking if available.

How do I request a roommate?
To request a roommate, please submit a roommate request to the Leasing Office by e-mail, fax or mail. You can e-mail info@UniversityTowers.com to receive a form. Roommate requests are not guaranteed and are dependent on availability.

Can I request a certain floor, view or location?
Yes, you can submit any requests to the Leasing Office, but requests are not guaranteed.

Can anyone eat in the cafeteria or only residents?
Yes, anyone can eat in the cafeteria. Non-residents can pay per meal or buy bulk blocks of meals. Visit our dining page for more info!

What is the clearance height of the University Towers parking garage?
7 feet 2 inches.

What is the leasing process?
The first step is to submit an online application, pay an application fee and reservation fee. Both of these fees are non-refundable. Once the application, application fee and reservation fee are received and approved, you can sign your lease online or if requested, a lease will be mailed. Once the lease has been signed and approved, your room at University Towers is secure. A security deposit is due at move in.

Can I cancel my lease after I sign?
Cancellation of this lease will only be permitted prior to June 1st, 2017 by providing proof of the student’s non-acceptance to the University of Texas, ACC, or any other accredited higher educational institution. Proof must be an official document of non-acceptance or the student’s confirmation of decline of admissions.
